-What were and/or are the problems with your expert area? What are the issues? (Patient satisfaction rates /mortality rates/ morbidity rates, readmission rates, infection rates… etc.)
Why does it need fixing?
-How does the PPACA address the issues you have highlighted? Does it solve the problem or does more need to be done? (Quality before and after) provide statistics
– How will this impact the operations of health organizations and/or health services related to the issues you have raised? Are new strategies needed by health administrators? Give examples.
