Please break the paper down into three different subsectionsm, Employment discrimination, Transgender rights and legal advocacy. For the beginning explain how they are discriminated against. Give real life examples by people who talked about their own expirences. Then explain there rights as transgenders. Explain how the law proctects them from being discriminated against. The talk about legal advocacy. Explain how legal advocates are helping transgenders understand they do have rights. Please include Jillian Wiess work in some of the paper she is an expert in the field. Also use some of her work for sources
