Paper details:Reflect on at least two personal leadership challenges you have encountered in your work context during the preceding four weeks You are to memorialize the two situations in a minimum 1000 word (total) journal entry. The situation you describe can be a decision-making challenge, communications problem, personnel matter, ethical dilemma, resource problem, operational matter, or political issue. Describe the situation, its significance, and reflect on how you handled or reacted to it. DO NOT identify the concerned parties by name or use any other identifier if possible. In your after-action review (or pre-action if the event is pending), if applicable, relate the incident or situation to materials we have covered in the course (i.e. leadership theories, administrative principles, TW’s lectures, etc.), discuss what your options were and your rationale for whatever action you took.
