Regional Knowledge spillover
Paper details:

This is a proposal about knowledge spillover from developed to developing countries. There should be a case study about Palestinian student in Erasmus program, as to what are the main benefits they get from Erasmus and how can that be implemented in Palestine.

The methodology should be an empirical model and should be very clear regarding the functions e.g. publications, patents, product development.
