3- Subject of study: (one page)
a- Who you will study in this research : ( talk about the dependent variable and independent variable
b- Sample (size, type whether random select or selective sample, etc.): talks how will you sample, and whom you will sample, and how determine the sample, and what is percentage (it should be 20 -30 %)
4- Measurements: (one page)
a- Here the instruments in your study should be whether: primary data sources or Secondary data sources (you should choose one and explain why ( I think in my study is secondary) .
b- Here you should determine who will you measure perception and it should be :’ survey
And then in the appendix create 30 questions for the survey however, the questions should be in this order: (two pages)
1- First, Knowledge questions (10 questions)
2- Second, Important / perception questions ( 10 questions)
3- Last, Demographic / personal questions ( 10 questions)
Also, each question in the appendix should have these answers:
1- Agree strongly ,2- agree, 3- natural, 4- disagree, 5- disagree strongly

5- Data collection methods: is it Pre assessment or Rely on the sample (explain)? :(One page)

6- Design / Analysis: (one page)
Here you should use one of the following analysis designs:
1-Cross – sectional (one shot case study)
2- one group pretest- post Test design
3- Static Groups comparison or post Test only with nonequivalent
4- Non- Equivalent (pre test and post test) control group Design
5-Singal Group Interrupted Time Series Design
6- Control Group interrupted Series Design
7- Pre test- Post test control Group Design
8-Post – test only control Group design
9- Solomon Four Group Design
