Write a 3- to 4-page paper that addresses the following:
Summarize the clinical question you developed for this assignment. Any clinical question is fine. Remember, this is not a research paper about your clinical question, but rather how you would obtain the information that would answer your chosen question. State the purpose of your paper in your introductory paragraph.

New heading & paragraph – Relate how you would work through the four steps of the data, information, knowledge, wisdom continuum. Be specific. Each of the DIKW steps deserves at least one paragraph with a separate heading:

Knowledge
Wisdom

New paragraph & heading- identify the databases and search words you would use in your search you may include this in the DIKW description if you wish. (databases examples CINAHL Plus with Full Text, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, ProQuest Nursing & Allied Health Source)

New paragraph/heading- How would take the information gleaned form your search and turn it into usable knowledge? New heading/paragraph

Can informatics be used to gain wisdom? Describe how you would progress from simply having useful knowledge to the wisdom to make decisions about the information you have found during your database search.

Conclusion- wrap it all up. There should be no new information in a conclusion.

paper must also include a title page, an introduction, a conclusion, and a reference page. A running head is NOT required. If you are going to use a running head, make sure it is formatted properly.
