The essay question is “Discuss the representation of gender in the media. Focus either on advertising, film, television or on the political coverage” I would like you to focus on advertising if that’s possible. It is a 1,500 word essay and I’ve also attached a PowerPoint from the lecture which may help you. Not all slides are related however you will need to go through them as some of them are about film, television etc. rather than advertising specifically. Please include counter arguments as well and include all references. Thank you.
