Case Analysis Report
Paper instructions:
(1) Summary. The summary should fully review the article that you selected. You must be able to demonstrate that you fully read and understood the article in detail. A typical summary is approximately 1 to 2 pages.
(2) Apply. Apply the topic of the article to your workplace, school, or personal life. You need to demonstrate your awareness of the topic in your daily organizational life. Describe the situation in detail in 1 to 2 pages.
(3) Synthesis. Discuss what you have learned about the topic that helps you to appreciate better the role of HR management in your company, school, or personal life. What changes should be implemented to improve the human resources situation at your company, organization, or personal life? What is your company or organization doing that possibly isn’t reflected in the article or related literature?
(4) Citations and References. Students must cite all references in text, including the articles or recognized business publications used in preparing the paper. All references are to be listed at the end of the paper on a reference page. Citations and references must follow the APA Style Guide. The quality of your research material does matter. Do not use Wikipedia and the World Wide Web. Use business and academic publications for your research.
