The document should be double ¬spaced. Essays should be lucid and well-reasoned. Spelling and grammar will be considered in the evaluation.
Use at least six references in support of your essay
The references may come either from printed material (e.g., books, periodicals) or from internet web sites. All references must be listed at the end of the paper, and do not contribute to the 1000-1200 word count. Printed material references should include the author, title of book or name of periodical, included pages, and the date of publication. Internet web sites should include the author (or organization), the title, and the full URL address. You may use the textbook, dictionaries, Wikipedia, and encyclopedias, but they will not count in your list of six references.
Make sure you list the author of the web site entry if there is an author listed.
Number the references consecutively and use the numbers to cite the references, where appropriate, in the text of your essay
