adopted as to what amounts to a good tax system) should be used to support your choices
and to explain what you have within your framework. The analysis that explains your
chosen canons/principles/attributes must be provided. The essay title above refers to the UK. You are not required to provide examples from the
UK tax system in your answer.

report illustrates how ethical values and religious principles can underpin discussion about
what makes a good tax system. There are, of course, other ethical values and religious
