It should be a professional heart felt letter explaining why I was not able to preform at the best of my potential in one of my courses and that I would like to drop it and kindly ask the faculty to consider this letter and grant me a petition as this letter will explain to them that I was extremely ill during my the day of my exam and I had also emailed my professor multiple times and never heard back I do have proof and documentation for everything that is being mentioned in this letter and that I also did go to every single of my classes participated and handed in assignments on time, I take full responsibility for my performance however I did work part time and had full course load my grade point average in every other class was high and this was the only course that unfortunately slipped out of my hands due to unfortunate circumstances and partly my own actions
