Give the reader context of whatever medium you’ve selected. What will you be examining? What aspect? What scene? What character?
State what you will be analyzing. Explain the significance and draw the reader into the moment.
Discuss specific instances in the medium where your analysis works/exists/functions.
Conclude your paper by answering the question: “so what?” What is the significance of your analysis?
