The National Football League (NFL) is a multi-million dollar organization. Profitability has never been higher. Many attribute the financial success to the current commissioner, Roger Goodell. However, there have been multiple cases of domestic violence and drug use and other violations involving high profile players. You have been appointed as a Human Resources Specialist to assist the NFL in changing the process by which NFL players are hired.

-How would you use background checks and the interview process to ensure you are hiring/ drafting quality players into the league? What types of criminal backgrounds or drug violations etc. might disqualify players from being eligible to be drafted into the NFL?

-What type of employment testing might you require and why?
