This is an assignment which shows a case study of a womans company and her financial accounts, it consists of;
1. Review of Annual Accounts
Reviewing the last year’s performance and the current position of the company.

2. Costing & Pricing
Investigation into how different products are ‘costed’ and how selling prices are set.

3. Variance Analysis
Understanding the pros and cons of using less experienced (but cheaper) labour, as opposed
to more experienced (and hence more expensive) labour.

4. Capex Appraisal
Evaluating whether the time has come to invest in automated manufacturing.

5. Budgeting
Formulating a financial plan for the coming year.
