Where do you think the balance should be between privacy and security ? Do you think intelligence agencies are going too far in trying to gather data or are they justified in collecting user data for security ? Also should private companies be forced to compile with governmental organizations in providing this data or try to push back against it ?

Watch the 1st 2016 US Vice Presidential Debate video, after watching the video write 2 paragraphs (1 paragraph for Kaine and 1 paragraph for Pence). Each paragraph should answer the following requirement’s. Rate the candidate on his performance (a scale from 1-10, 1 meaning awful, 10 meaning great) and why he deserved that rating.
