Identify a teacher to work through the four steps of Differentiated Coaching.  Provide them with a clear description of the process.  Create or provide the necessary tools to do the work.  Use the text and any other resources you need.  Post to your blog the tools as well as a reflection on the process.  Did the teacher find the process beneficial? What were challenges and highlights of the experience?
