#2: Observation Tool
You will create an observation tool to be used for discussion purposes after your observation of a teacher.
Consider the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards as well as you readings from this week to guide your work. You will be using this instrument in an observation you do this week. If possible, you will select the same teacher that you met with for a pre-conference.
