Critically evaluate the causes of resistance at the workplace and how this leads to employee transgression at the workplace. In this essay, explore how the formation of identity is affected by emotions, personality and the unconscious and how this
collectively creates resistance and the subsequent transgression.

As such we have to be able to evaluate causes of resistance at work place such as favourtism, lack of communication, culture fit due to upbringing etc through creditable sources (jpurnal articles), comparison views.

Apply theories such as motivational theories, culture and leadership
Be able to identify emotions, personality and the unconscious.
