This is not intended to be an historical paper nor a statistical analysis. Statistics can be used to substantiate your points.
• One page statement of the issue. May include historical relevance or importance to current day sports scene.
• Two to three pages on research done on the topic.
• One to two pages on your opinion of how to make it better.
• Include references on last page (not included in page total). Reference quotes.

NOTE: This paper is for a PE class, but the class teaches Sports in Society, Issues and Controversies.
