2. Analyze your experience in task 2 by doing the following:
a. Explain how you applied each of the five competences discussed in part A1 in resolving your client’s business leadership challenge.
Once you have discussed the five core competencies that you have developed, you will then talk about how you applied the five competencies to the attached capstone. You want to be very specific and cite examples from your work with your client. It is important that you discuss how EACH competency was applied to your client’s challenge. After reading paper, you can create/imagine the obstacles and strengths that you would encounter

b. Discuss at least two obstacles you encountered in completing task 2.
i. Explain the strategies used to overcome each of the obstacles discussed in part A2b.

Discuss two obstacles that you encountered during the work with your client. Again, be specific when discussing your examples. After identifying two obstacles that you encountered, you will explain the strategies that you used to overcome those obstacles. How did you resolve these issues? What methods or strategies did you use to resolve conflict or keep the project moving forward?

c. Discuss at least two strengths that you displayed while working with the client.
i. Explain how you identified each of the strengths discussed in part A2c.
ii. Discuss how you could apply each of the strengths discussed in part A2c to future projects.

Identify two strengths that you displayed while working with your chosen client in task four. Provide specific examples of how you demonstrated these strengths. Discuss how you identified the strengths that you discussed above. What helped you to determine that these were your strengths and areas where you excel? How would you apply these strengths to future projects? How can you leverage your strengths to be successful?

d. Explain how your client project is relevant to your current or aspired leadership position.

How is the work with your client applicable to your current leadership position or future leadership position?
