A reflecting writing is designated as the class essay. The writing serves two purposes: to demonstrate the depth and width your understanding of operations management contents; and to connect operations management concepts and knowledge to the real use of your current job and/or your future job. You should analyze how the organization/company you worked or are working for need to use OM strategies discussed in the textbook.
To these ends, the essay should include three parts:
1. Briefly introduce four influential contributors and their OM concepts. (20%)
2. Reiterate four crucial OM strategies (35%)
3. Discuss three OM strategies that can improve the operations of the company/organization you
are working/worked for (45%)
