Analyze Sea World as an organization:

Internal � Value Chain Analysis. Identify which three activities from the value chain (see Exhibit 3.1 in the text, page 74) are the most essential value creating activities for Sea World. Be sure to choose at least one primary activity and at least one secondary activity.

External � Porter�s Five Forces. For each force, identify whether and why the influence is low, medium, or high. Finally, make a general conclusion about the attractiveness and competitive environment in Sea World�s industry.

Provide recommendations (at least two) for Sea World moving forward. Your recommendations MUST address the issue(s) at the center of the documentary AND be mindful of continuing to generate profits and increasing shareholder wealth.
