Identify the resources a project manager can add to or change in a project when uncertainties come into play? Explain how being prepared can make these adaptations prevent further complications. What is a method for monitoring project uncertainties?

2. Compare and contrast the activity-on-node and activity-on-arrow ways to schedule.
3. Why is it important for a project to have team input during development?
4. How does the development of project software compare to other methods of scheduling. What are the benefits of using project software? What are the downfalls of using technology in this manner?

Think back on a time you were involved in a project. Was there a schedule in place? If so, explain how it helped the project along. If there was not a schedule, what effect did that have on the project?
