Reflective portfolio

Reflective portfolio
You should identify between 3 different artefacts relating to Sustainability and / or CSR in Engineering / Engineering Management

Choose a topic thats appealing; PLEASE CHECK WITH ME WITH THE TOPICS CHOSEN BEFORE PROCEEDING TO GO AHEAD. THANK YOU

These topics can include
Newspaper articles
Policy documents
Internet pages or reports
Photographs
You-tube films (include the link and a photo-still in the portfolio)
Any other relevant document / report
You cannot include any cases discussed in the lecture
All artefacts should be correctly referenced
You should write a reflective critique about each artefact within your Portfolio
Each reflection should be between 500 and 1000 words (excluding references).
The whole Portfolio should be no more than 3,000 words
The coursework is marked ‘holistically’ – with an overall mark (ie each Artefact is considered as part of the whole assignment, not as a ‘question’ in itself
You should provide a picture and a link to the artefact where appropriate.
If your artefact is a Policy Document / Written Article or Report you should provide a brief descriptive account of the main tenets of this in addition to your critique. You should present this in a ‘box’. The artefacts themselves do not carry any marks, so keep this part brief. It is more important that you critique the event / issue / document than describe it.
The artefacts themselves do not count towards the word count
Each critique needs to briefly discuss the following:
Why you have selected each artefact for inclusion inclusion in your Portfolio
Critique the artefact in the context of the literature (ie discuss the event / issue, drawing upon the relevant literature). This may involve citing ‘grey’ literature (policy documents / websites) as well as academic journals
