WRITTEN GROUP REPORTGroup report is due Week 10 for those who make an oral presentation in Week 9.For those making an oral presentation in Week 10, the written report is due in Week 11.Your group report (in no more than 2500 words) should include/address the following:(i) Duration of the training and the methods adopted you will need to explain the reasoning behind your decision (again refer to the Training and Development slides from Lecture 5).(ii) Your pre-departure training syllabus: what are the topics that you will cover and why will you cover those topics (Important: don?t confine yourself to the topic covered in your oral report. The oral report is meant to be a sub-set of the more detailed group report. For example, in the group report you may choose to talk about language training; cultural sensitivity training; day-to-day living tips; ethics of doing business in the host culture and so forth. But in your oral report, because of time constraints, you may choose to conduct a pre-departure training session on any one of the more important cultural sensitivity training modules that your written group report identifies).(iii) Summarise the feedback and discuss what changes would you make in response to the feedback received to your oral presentation(iv) Reflect on how the diversity in your team influenced your training decisions
