The main objective of the resrach report is to compute the typical project management activities against marketing and launching of a website. Various related activities and the dependent activities with respective to their complete time over the entire project management are considered and the required float time, critical activities and further project maintenance activities are discussed. Project management is a vast research area and can be applied over different fields of study, where the scope of project management is defined against the nature and number of tasks involved. In general a typical project management involves a sequence of activities, which are either dependent or independent of the other activities and they are followed till the project gets completed.
