Need this to be rewritten to be an argumentative paper. I told this to the last writer and received this back from teacher.

I think your topic could work well, but now you need to develop a thesis (and essay) that are argumentative rather than informative. Right now, both your thesis and essay explain why companies use outsourcing and they do not present or support an argument.

I think the best place to start is to read through the learning resources for the course (see links below). Start with paying particular attention to the information about choosing a topic and developing an argumentative thesis about that topic. In the end, you will want a thesis that follows this type of template:

Research suggests that ____________ because ___________, ____________, and ____________.
