You have been asked to present a report to the Plymouth School Sports Partnership and Local Authority Sport Development Unit on the introduction of a Pilot Diverse/alternative Activities Programme within Plymouth to raise participation of young people age 14-19. It will be an individual report following the suggested report format providedBackground to the assignment – as a local community club you have been invited to apply for funding to develop a Sportivate programme for 14-19 years olds. You will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of the alternative activity you are looking to develop from the list provided. You will need to ensure you have a club name, albeit hypothetical, although this may be a project you actually intend to deliver.

You will need to apply for the funding using the official form. This will need to be submitted as an APPENDIX within your report and will be assessed against the criteria which Active Devon use to assess application forms.
Basic lay out of your report should be as follows. This is only a guide so I expect you to come up with other aspects. I strongly suggest looking at other reports on projects which have received Sport England funding like Positive Futures.
