(c) Evidence: (1) speech production in located in Broca’s Area in frontal lobes, (2) speech perception is located in Wernicke’s Area in the posterior temporal lobes, (3) Word categories/meaning of words is located in the anterior temporal lobes (i.e., temporal pole).
(d) Conclusion: Results reject the null hypothesis and support the hypothesis that different brain functions are located in different/specialized brain areas.
