i) Write a report on Home Depot’s systematic approach to culture change under the leadership of Robert Nardelli. When Nardelli left Home Depot for Chrysler, what actions did the new management of Home Depot take upon his leaving and why? Using Schein’s foundational levels to culture, explain how the elements of Home Depot’s culture were established and affected under each leader.
