I think, to have laws for children protection is very good but i believe the best protection for children is the parents. The parents have more responsibility for their children and they need to protect their children. I believe every parents love their own children and they want to make their children to have better life but different parents have different experience to teach their children. low income parents might use physical way to teach their children. when i say physical way, i mean they might hit their children, and they might use the bad language to teach their children. I also want to say, different culture believe different way to teach their children and some culture does not have a law for children protection. for example, in Asia country like Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia these country do not have a law for children protection. Parents are responsible for their own children. they can hit their children if they want. children have no right to call polices and polices do not have responsibility between parents and children. These countries believe parents have the most power on their own children because they the one who allow the children to become a human being. But i also believe some parents are crazy because they hit their own children without reason every days. they also do not know what gonna happen after they hit their own children and what affect the children brain. These parents do not know about that because they do not have education and they live in low environment. “This acceptance of violence can perpetuate the physical maltreatment of children and cultural norms allow parents and teachers to aggress against children and most parents accept physical punishments an acceptable and even desirable method of child rearing” ( text book chapter 2 page 39). some culture believe parents have the most power to control their own children and they can teach their own children the way they want.

In the United States we need to have a law for children protection because many people are like to have sex with children that under age and some people are crazy and they do not think what is right and wrong. To having a law for children protection is very good and safe for many children. some people have mental problem and they do not know what is right and wrong.”Threatening to have sexual contact with a child. This includes statements, behaviors, or actions that do not have to be overly aggressive, threatening or coercive, but can be recognized by a child or others as a precursor to sexual abuse” (

I think these people are crazy and they do not think what is right and wrong. that way we need a law for child protection. To having a law for child protection is one way that we show how we respect children. Children are our future and if we give them good respect, they will give this country with a good respect and they will make this country best the place to live. I do agreed with you many parents are not good and they hit their children without no reason. these children need a protection and respect from adult so that why our government makes the law that can protect the children. I think the children in this country have more freedom than other country like Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and Cambodia. But I also want to say that the law we make for children protection need to be good and children need to have a right to speak at the court what happen to them. children need to have lawyer before they go to court. we also need to educate the children about their own protection at school
