What is the mission of this agency (you may need to use the Internet to help identify this mission)? How does this mission compare with the entitys goals? In other words, do you see any contradictions within its mission statement or between the mission statement and goals? What is the organizational structure of the entity? Are there any contradictions between the structure and the mission statement? Describe the internal culture and environment of this criminal justice agency (or as you perceive its culture and environment if you do not work for this agency).
