Leadership Development Plan

Your final Project is a leadership development plan (LDP). An LDP is a very practical document, one which allows you to reflect on yourself and your learning, complemented with outside research, and which—upon completion—will provide you with a “past, present, and future” roadmap for becoming an increasingly more effective leader in all aspects of your life.
The first part of crafting an effective LDP is to have a strongly grounded understanding of the major theories of management, which you have gained through your progress in this program and reviewed throughout this course. Your LDP should be divided into sections that help you to organize your roadmap, including (but not limited to) the following topics:
