Paper instructions:
Research Paper – The student will prepare a research paper that addresses a philosophical/religious explanation that seeks to address the problem of evil. The student will need to include the following elements:

1) Why you believe evil is present in the world if an all-powerful and all-knowing deity really exists.

2) What you believe to be the primary causes of physical pain, mental suffering and moral wickedness.

3) How you propose to solve the problem of evil by choosing one of the three responses found in chapter 4 (be specific and include why you accept the response you chose and why you disagree with the other responses).
In a ten-page paper, discuss one significant organizational challenge, either past or present, within an organization.

Could it have been done more effectively?
How would you recommend future leaders strategically plan to avoid encountering a similar challenge within the organization? Provide suggestions for overcoming the challenge based on leadership theories.
