The Uberman sleep schedule is a method of “hacking” your brain into falling into REM sleep within a couple of minutes of falling asleep. This requires taking six, 30-minute naps throughout the day for a two-week period of time. If you had a friend who wanted to try this out, what consequences would you warn them about this procedure? What benefits would you describe to entice them back into the wonderful world of sleep? Could this be done for a working adult?

My response should be at least 200 words in length. I am required to use at least my textbook as source material for my response. All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations.

The text book I use is, Wade, C., & Tavris, C. (2011). Psychology (10th ed.). Upper Saddle River, NJ: Prentice Hall.

Paper details:
All reports should be written in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1”/2.5cm margins & 1.5 spacing between lines.

All reports should have a short general introduction stating why this subject was chosen as well stating what the report will examine.
All reports should be divided into sections & given section titles: e.g. introduction, background, development and what is happening presently. NO CONCLUSION IS NEEDED!
All reports should have minimum five references with five citations relating to each reference. Do use BibMe for correct APA.
References, unlike the body of the report, listed alphabetically or numerically depending on your reference style.
The reference page should be separate & titled ‘References or Bibliography’
