e. Using the attributes of emotional intelligence, analyze the individual’s emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-management, self-motivation, empathy, and interpersonal skills).
f. Analyze the individual’s values using Rokeach’s categorization of values. With examples, discuss what you perceive to be the leader’s top 3 instrumental and top 3 terminal values.
g. With examples, discuss one theory of motivation that best explains what motivates this individual.
h. With examples, discuss two theories of motivation that the individual predominantly uses in motivating others.
i. Describe the leaders dominant leadership style and discuss how effectively the leader addresses the various tasks of the leader (provide direction, motivate and inspire, and coach and facilitate). Use the concepts discussed in class in your discussion.
j. Discuss what you can emulate from this leader and what you would do differently.
