– starting with for those don’t have the documents & those who already have it .. explain to them that the communications guidance document includes guideline for (press releases, Stories from the field & events). also include answers to the partners common questions.
– the branding guideline include (Typography – Design Colour Palette – Media which explain how to use the logo and pictures – Publications)

– in your own words explain the guideline & mention everything from the description.

– Note:
1. no need for a reference
2. Just tell the partner to use this documents that i already have.
3. Do NOT add picture
