“What I’d suggest is aiming for a March 20th deadline and writing a combined proposal + Primary Text Review of about 1500 words. In terms of the structure, that would mean:

Intro: What do you intend to research, and how, and why?
Body: Which sources do you intend to use, and how will they help you build up an argument? (you need about five academic sources)
(Then, here, spend about 500 words analysing your main source in more depth.)
Conclusion: If someone were to read your research paper, what could they gain by the knowledge they get from the paper? What changes might they then affect in the world?

Hand this in to me in class after break, or via e-mail at any point during break.”
