Journal Entries for community practicum hours completed. Below are the date I have gone. Please use guidelines. Miami Rescue missions is a non profit clinic for a homeless shelter. I go on Monday and Thursday and I went one Friday. Mondays there is no practitioner in the clinic. Basically I do Labs, medications , organize medication rooms , patient education, give medication to the patients in the mens center which is a homeless shelter. Organize the medications based on the time is due. Thursdays I assist the nurse practitioner. I do physical assessments , labs , fill medications etc…
