Hi Maryam,
As this is a third submission, I have annotated this. You should also be on the proposal board at this stage rather than the dissertation board. The work here really needs some substantial reconsideration. We still lack clarity about what you mean by ‘etiquette’, the literature needs more academic depth and less speculation and the referencing throughout is problematic. The methods seem inappropriate and there is still no real sense of how you will assess effectiveness.

I have attached the annotated version here but this does need a lot of work to make this into a workable basis for a dissertation.
